Ghost Peppers, also referred to as bhut jolokia, are a crossbreed of Capsicum Chinense and Capsicum Frutescens, belonging to the Capsicum Chinense variety of peppers alongside habanero, scotch bonnet, and red savina. These peppers pack a powerful punch, registering between 800,000 to 1,001,300 SHUs, in stark contrast to the milder Jalapeño ranging from 2,000 to 8,000 SHUs. Renowned for their distinctive fruity and slightly sweet taste, Ghost Peppers add a fiery kick to dishes. To enhance the flavor further, we incorporate Chipotle in Adobo and Red Peppers. Chipotles, smoked and dried jalapeños, are rehydrated and preserved in a sweet and tangy purée of tomato, vinegar, garlic, and select spices.
